Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities –
- Minimum of two years experience in the Graphic Arts Industry with knowledge of the offset and digital marketplace a plus.
- Responsible for the establishment of territory objectives, plans and strategies in coordination with the company’s business plan.
- Required to travel to prospect locations to establish leads, introduce products and maintain the relationships of existing customer accounts.
- Responsible to sell a variety of services and products produced by Duplo and Non-Duplo makers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by assisting with training and installation, and managing the relationship of the client with Duplo.
- Manage sales activities through Sage CRM system to effectively track sales opportunities, manage contact information for sales prospects as well as existing clients, and schedule visits or meeting with clients within the sales territory assigned.
- Work onsite at prospect location delivering sales presentations and collecting information about the client to assist in the development of marketing plans and sales strategies to increase chances of completing a sale.
- Maintain regular calling or contact schedule with companies to identify further opportunities or resolve any problems that arise in existing client accounts.
