Message From Duplo USA Regarding COVID-19

To Our Valued Customers, Partners, and Dealers:

In the midst of this global corona virus pandemic, our thoughts and prayers go out to you and your families, as well as those directly impacted by the virus and the courageous healthcare workers caring for them. This is an extremely challenging time for all, and we at Duplo USA want to assure you that we are here for you and we will get through this crisis together.

As our customers, partners, and employees’ health and safety are of utmost concern, we are closely monitoring the ongoing COVID-19 situation and have taken several cautionary measures to prevent the spread of the virus per guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO),as well as federal, state, and local officials.

Following are some measures which we have implemented to ensure the well-being of our staff and valued clients:

  • Suspending travel for all sales personnel and limiting on-site service calls and installations, instead providing support via phone, video conferencing and remote desktop software.
  • Having a majority of our personnel work remotely from home while we continue to staff necessary employees at our Santa Ana, Ontario, and Suwanee warehouses to ship out machines and parts orders to fulfill customer needs.
  • Educating our employees on the CDC guidelines for preventing the spread of the coronavirus; enforcing social distancing; mandating all employees who do not feel well to remain at home; implementing precautionary quarantines if necessary, out of an abundance of caution; and providing resources to keep staff updated on the ongoing outbreak.

During this time of uncertainty and concern, we are fully prepared and committed to taking care of your needs and will continue operations from our corporate headquarters and distributions centers. Though we are all being challenged with this unprecedented event, we are confident that with Duplo USA Corporation’s forty-year history of supporting our customers, dealers and partners in times of difficulties, this time too will be no different.
